The clerk was not helpful in any way, she knew nothing of the product we were looking for and then escorted us to the door, literally waited for me to move from the aisle while I was still looking. I don’t know if was because we had our kids with us (neither of them even touched anything) or what it was, but it was the most bizarre interaction, like she wasn’t really sure where she was. I don’t know. 0 stars from me for sure. And we will not be back. O’Reilly’s however, was AMAZING!

Had a longer than desired wait for the employee to figure out where to find my internet order but a different employee processed a return the next day with excellent efficiency. Like most things in life, it usually depends on the person helping you.

I mean why they want to call it advance autoparts when they wouldnt even give me an advance on the auto parts i wanted. I even offered to leave my link card as collateral but they shut that down real fast and of course i took it personal and lets just say thats 1 of the 23 places I'm no longer welcome at in Quincy
