I believe the guys name there was Bill. These folks went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. In this day in age when everything seems to be a "throw away world" it's challenging to find someone that is willing to take the time to learn the customer's needs. I would highly recommend this company when looking at any body work on my vehicle! The old fashioned service is still out there. I hope by posting this review that when the next guy comes along, whoever that is, he will not have to spend all the time looking for the right people to help them find the solution to their problem.

Absolutely wonderful Auto body with great service and amazing customer care! I have a car with a sunroof that was having a leaking issue, every where I called in town refused to work on it but when i called they almost immediately Albertson knew exactly what the issue was & how to fix it! They went above and beyond by performing additional tests to make sure my sunroof wasn't having any additional problems. On top of that it was impressively affordable!Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and friendly, they explained things in simple to understand terms and on top of it all they were quick about getting my issue fixed. Top marks, I highly recommend.

I cant say enough great things about Albertson's staff. They took excellent care of my car and kept in communication throughout the entire process and took care of all of the insurance work. the owner- Steve, even delivered my car to me when i was in a pinch. Great facility with state of the art technology. You won't be disappointed when you take your care to Albertsons!

Albertson's has repaired 2 vehicles we have association with and did a wonderful job on both. Very professional and honest. If I ever need my auto repaired again I will go here.
