AWFUL!!! Had been set up for 7 days and experienced bad connectivity in our area and returned the phones and all the equipment at 7 days (15 day satisfaction guarantee) and i now have received bills for $458 and threatened to be taken to collections. after spending time on 611 with CS reps they offered no solutions. I went back to the store and asked for the manager and he said this problem was above his paygrade so he would call his RM and call me back. Never got a call. Don't go here - Up Date - The Store manager did contact me and sent me to a loyalty # and they took care of this right away. I just wish I didn't have to get the run around in the beginning. Eli, the store manager, was very professional and helpful.

I have been by the store to get help for my failing phone and just told to call tech support. Phone finally quit working and because i did not have 500 dollars plus for a new phone i was directed to Walmart for a "60 buck junk phone" direct associate quote. I have been an AT&T customer for 5 years. Walmart at least tried but they had technical issues. Went back to store to get a card to call corporate and was treated the same way again. I will not set foot in this store again.

The store was clean and agents were friendly. I came in needing to switch from a competitor service due to coverage area. I was very disappointed in the agent who was assisting me. I went into the store to gather information about costs and services and then left to speak with other providers. When I returned to set up my service I asked for the same agent who I spoke with the first visit. She was assisting another customer so I was put in the Que to wait. After several people who came in after me were waited on I expressed that I didn't have to speak with the same agent as before just whoever would get me in and out the fastest. Magically the first agent I spoke with was available and began to transfer my services. Halfway through the process another agent came over and said that the gentleman my agent was working with before me was back and wanted to know if she wanted to assist him or if another agent could. They had an entire conversation about splitting commission and how my agent wanted the new line, which was apparently a 2 to 1 split. When the other agent didn't like the commission split my agent began to rush though my experience in order to get to the second customer to benefit her sales. After I left the store I realized that all my phone could do was make calls nothing else worked. I had to return to the store because the agent forgot to test anything on my phone prior to me leaving. Super disappointed in my experiences thus far.

Worst customer service, little to no stock available for devices. I bought an IPAD Pro, had it all of 23 hrs. took it back and had a $45 restocking fee....even though I called AT&T 12 hrs after getting the device, stating the device had issues. Customer Service stated I could take it back no restocking fee for 14 days... Still charged....and had to repay tax too.

The store is clean. Other then that forget it. It took them 6 hour to set me up with 3 phones and the where cheap ones cuz the guy that was doing it had no clue how to get the smartphone to work. And even then I got home and one didnt work. Had 611 fix it that took another 2 days to find out the sims card was the wrong one. You have to use a machine to pay your bill. And If you need something other then an upgrade or new account they til you you have to call 611. We dont do that here. I canceled my account when it was over by calling 611 and went to cricket fast service there in and out in 30 minutes. At&t you could learn alot from your lil sister.

Nice clean store with friendly good service! Joshua Boyd greeted us when we came in and was very helpful looking up our account, explaining our different upgrade and plan options, and made some helpful suggestions.
