Garrett P was a life saver. My kids battery died and I did had no tools on me. He came over to the parking lot across the street, in 10 degree weather, and got us going! Great service!

Will NEVER come back to this s@&$ HOLE! Came in a while back for a truck battery. I had 5 batteries I was bringing in for recycling, and asked if I could use a cart that they had two of right in front of me with hardly any thing on them. The bearded one got pissy and I was told to JUST WAIT until he was done using them. Another employee went to look for another cart but couldn't find one! After standing there for GOD KNOWS how long waiting for the guy to finish with what he was doing which didn't even have to do with the carts, I went over to take the ONE box off the cart so I could FINALLY get on my way, well the BEARDED ONE yells at me and tells me, "I TOLD YOU TO WAIT!" He hadn't even touched the two carts the whole time I stood there WAITING! REALLY they think that auto ZONE is THE ONLY place in town that sells batteries! That's FINE this guy's done giving AUTO ZONE my money. Lot's of people working there and from what I've seen, they're all walking around in a DAZE! HELL, went in for oil, filter and etc once. I asked about the oil that wasn't on the shelf and the guy says, "well me must be out of it right now." So I asked about the Lucas oil additive and was told they must not have any of that EITHER! So I'm standing there paying for my oil filter and look up to see an end cap full of the oil I was looking for 4 feet away from the COUNTER. Then at the same time I see the oil additive that I wanted 2 feet from the oil! MAN IT'S RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACES PEOPLE! Yeah they did me a favor, I've FOUND A REAL AUTOMOTIVE STORE TO SHOP AT. "Don't get treated like a DOG at..."

James and the guys at autozone were all very helpful! I went in to get a battery replaced which turned out to be a starter gone bad. The manager even crawled up under my truck to diagnose this problem and James was nice enough to give me a jumpstart so I could get to my mechanic. Definitely would go back and definitely would recommend!

Timothy at the Quincy, IL Auto Zone was greatly helpful, running an assessment of my car and then looking up, calling, and making an appointment for my car at a nearby auto mechanic. Timothy went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it!
