Boost mobile one, don't buy the Internet add time it's took my money and put it towards my bill, then I made two complaints they said they'd fix it and didn't.That's false advertising the representatives on the phone then act like you can't speak your own language to avoid giving you help.

As a Boost mobile customer in good standing since 2006, I felt comfortable calling any Boost mobile facility. I called the local one here in Quincy, IL, and was unpleasantly surprised by this stoic person's attitude. He seemed a little annoyed, and put off by me. I couldn't understand why, since I greeted him with cordiality. It must be my perfume that set him off. He was triggered. Oh yes, I could hear it in his voice. With his constant repeat of "how may I help you"! I just recently moved to this town. I now will use the internet service instead of doing any business with this individual Boost Mobile's store on Broadway.

The lady that’s usually always working, just seems like she hates her job. She’s very unhelpful. I didn’t want to leave a review but there’s been several occasions where me or my boyfriend would come in or call, and she would totally disregard our service.I switched to AT&T

Weren't very helpful. The customer service number tells me to go to the store, then the store tells me I have to call customer service. Rinse. Repeat. I switched carriers.

I have never had a problem with my service & the pricing is a lot more reasonable than where I was. When i switched to Boost, Stacy helped me & was great! Im having an issue with my phone so went in & Stacy helped me again, she explained things without making me feel d*** & was just overall GREAT!!

The associate that runs this store has restored my faith. Ive been a customer since 06 with no late pays or suspensions. Since october of 21 each time ive asked for help over the phone with a boost customer service agent i was either lied to or jus mishandled all the way around. I was ready to change carriers. I went to the Boost store with a preconceived notion i was up for the same treatment. I couldnt have been more wrong. I was treated with respect and kindness and honesty. I was also invited to come to the store with any problems and they will be addressed in a professional and polite manner. Big kudos to the little woman running Quincys Boost Mobile store

I have been with this company for years, but recently they have gone so far down hill. I had to switch companies. As far as this store they are ok. You wait for hours and one of them is the rudest.

It's not the best service available. But I believe at the price point it's a good price for what you get. I do the prepaid service. So that might be why I don't get as good a service not for sure. But I would still recommend for a low budget phone bill.
