Top notch! My truck received damage to the back driver side door, and the side frame. The quality of work is fantastic. But what makes this a 5-star review is the customer service. There was a slight issue to the inside of my truck after I picked up my vehicle. I called and the manager rectified the situation and apologized. The manager did not make excuses for the issue and instead recognized the area of improvement for future customers. We were able to come to a resolution. This one encounter will now make me a forever customer of the Bump Shop! Quality work plus great customer service, great work guys!

A friend of mine took her car into to be fixed after someone had hit her car, only to be left with and painted dent and a new scratch. Not only that but had started working on the WORNG side of the car and ruined the clear coat, then tried to say that they had done none of the damage. The workers also took the car on a “joy ride” after hours, because of the cars value they wanted to ride in it. I do NOT recommend coming to The Bump Shop. They laughed in all of our faces (literally) and told us we had no idea what we’re talking about.

If I could give all them 0 stars I would. The only one there with professionalism and integrity was the kind lady at the front desk. For the rest of the staff they were horrible to work with and had no integrity. I had taken my car in to get repaired and they said it was a simple repair that they could do. However when I looked at it closer there was still a dent from where it had gotten hit but instead of fixing the dent they just painted over it hoping I wouldn’t notice. I take very great pride in my car sport car and they lost my trust when I showed them. I explained and showed it was the same damage and I just wanted it fixed, instead they laughed in my face and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Nathan, Brian, and the bald man with the red beard were extremely rude and nasty towards me. I then told them I was going to go to a different shop and they said “we wish you would” that was stated by the bald man with the red beard, Nathan one of the higher up employees said “I don’t fix dents, I just paint”. I attached photos of their “ paint job” that still wasn’t up to standard. This is a very concerning comment when the business is called the BUMP SHOP. Why give yourself that name if you can hold up to it. I will never recommend anyone to come here ever again. After these last couple of days arguing with them I have realized they CAN NOT do their jobs and find more amusement from laughing in your face acting like you don’t know your vehicle. I AM SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. ME AND EVERYONE I KNOW WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!

terrible customer service, only person helpful there is the receptionist and she even told me to go somewhere else to get help (because obviously we weren’t going to get it there), would not listen to any of my concerns and then decided to laugh in front of me about it all. Overall bad experience and had to go to Hilbing Auto Body. Just for them to tell us that “the bump shop” damaged my car more then they repaired it. So if u want help go to Hilbing!

I wish I could give this auto body shop a zero. I have taken four of my personal cars there and sent my sister and brother-in-law and several friends over the last three years. I sent my daughter’s car in to be fixed the end is September. It was not fixed to a good quality. We tried to have them fix it. They denied any responsibility with one employee even saying they “don’t fix dents, They only paint” I think they should rethink the of their company if this is their beliefs. Why would you call your company The Bump Shop if you don’t wanna fix bumps? It should be called the paint shop. The fact that Insurance is going to pay to have the car transferred somewhere else is a real statement of the fact that they did not do their job correctly. No insurance company is going to reassign a claim to another shop to fix unless they know that damage is not repaired correctly. They laughed in my daughter’s face made her feel stupid for wanting her car to be fixed. This is not how you treat your customers and I will never refer them again. 1st photo is of the damage the day my daughter took the car into the Bump shop and the last is the picture from when we got it home and looked at it closer. We called and they said bring it back in and we will fix it, then when we got it there they denied fixing it and said it was damaged by her after pick up… insurance has verified their adjuster has the same photo as us of the damage so, the Bump Shop is clearly lying. The insurance company even said it is clear they didn’t do their job. When we told them we would go elsewhere they said— we wish you would. Judging by the pictures Nathan sure was right, you definitely don’t fix dings or dents. You can only paint to try to hide damage. Horrible. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention when we took it to another body shop to have them look at the old damage they found new damage on the other side where it looks like they tried to start the repair on the wrong side of the car!!! They realized what they had done done and stopped sanding.They ruined the clearcoat on the opposite side of the car where the damage was. Totally irresponsible of this company! Do not take your cars here.

Deanne did a wonderful job with my Kia fixing the passenger side tail light and panel. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable with the insurance and rental car process.

Just got my car back and they did a fabulous job and quick!! Thank you Deanna for all your help!! She is the best and stayed on top of everything to make sure my car was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them for any body repair needed.

Recently had some body work done to my genesis there, and they not only were fast at getting the work done but my car looks great! They went above and beyond what I expected to be done! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done!- sarah

Problem with driving lights, had to buy fuses, because they were out (didn’t work). Then I had to take it to the dealer to find out what was wrong, not my job to do. Won’t be back!

i 100% recommend using this shop. deanne, the manager, was absolutely amazing during my experience with the bump shop. they communicated with me throughout the entire process, calling me regularly to keep me updated, and let me come look at my car to explain what they were doing with it. on top of all that, they helped me get a rental car so i would be able to make it to my chemo treatments and to be with family when it turned out my car repairs would take longer than expected. when my car repairs were finished, my car looked like new. i’ll be going back with any car repair needs going forward.
