“I vented about an issue I had with this place and made some judgement calls I shouldn't have. The owner of this establishment called me and was the kindest person I've ever heard on the phone, even after I vented in a mean way about a service issue with one of his washers. I've used this service dozens upon dozens of times and never experienced a single issue up until today's malfunction. The owner calls me tonight and completely apologizes for the incident and will let me get my car washed when I come in there. Talk about great customer service. Luckily, my wife had to be to work and took the SUV and it didn't get the wash it needed from somewhere else. I will return to Turbo Wash tomorrow. Wonderful feeling after a bad day.”
“It's not bad that they have updated the car wash center. This place is a little pricey than a normal car wash center, but it’s OK if you want something a little better, so you have to pay more. I hope they will do a good job.”
“I recently took my Toyota RAV4 to Divine Shine shortly after my baby's first baby, as my husband decided it was time to give my car some much-needed TLC. Honestly, I haven't done much for myself lately, so this was a total treat!
The owner personally took my call and walked me through the options, and I couldn’t resist going with the "busy mom with a dog" package. Haha! I dropped my car off a little early, and the staff was totally chill about it. When I picked it up, it was literally cleaner than the day I bought it. I even had a great chat with the owner, a former Kansan like me who’s now living in Quincy.
I highly recommend their services for the top-notch professionalism, friendliness, and—of course—amazing cleaning skills. I recently traded my car in, but I’m already looking forward to bringing my new one in for a good scrub in about a year, when my toddler has officially turned it into a mobile disaster zone.

“I did the spray wand & hand brush wash. It costs $3 up front, but by the time I prewashed, spray washed, brushed, waxed and final rinsed, it cost me about $7 for a Chevy Malibu. It was about 6p on a Wednesday. The wash takes cards or quarters and is in a good location and well laid out. They have auto drive thru spray washs, but I've not used them. Will I go there again? Yes.”
