Just spent 30 minutes talking to a robot on the phone just simply trying to get in touch with the pharmacy to let them know they're filling SOMEONE ELSES MEDICATION under my name. This isn't the first time they've done this. There are 2 women who share my same name and they've done this before. That is a straight up HIPPA violation first of all they should be paying closer attention to the full name with middle initial and the birthday but they clearly aren't. I tried to call to notify them that they're filling it under the wrong person and NO ANSWER ever from an actual human. I had no way to contact them so now the other woman will go for her medication and it won't be there causing her all kinds of trouble when she clearly is sick needing medication. This pharmacy is awful. I switched to hyvee 2 years ago and I still have issues with CVS bc they put the wrong persons prescriptions under my name more than once.

the staff works hard however i only have one prescription pick up every 3 months and every time it seems it is not filled yet or too late or I end up waiting in a line for 30 minutes. The texts are not accurate to when you will be able to pick up the prescription or they only keep it for a short time before discarding. There has to be a better way.

Placed order online for weekly medicine container. Could not pay with check. Had to use debit card. Only time placed an order online and immediately card was hacked. Will not order from them again!!!! Beware!!!!! Should either update pay option or computer security!!!!!

The pharmacy actually cares about you. No insurance they will find a way to get your script at an affordable price. They were able to fill my script for half the price of GOOD RX discount price. Very friendly, the best pharmacy I have been to.

Very rude employees. Couldn’t look up from a computer to help me. Been on hold separate occasions for over 30 minutes and was never spoken to. Out of stock on MULTIPLE medications and keep getting “trucks coming tomorrow” for almost a week. Still don’t have the medications. Forced to use CVS through insurance, will send scripts to a different town to avoid using this location and dealing with this horrible customer service.

CVS is a place I enjoy visiting and they are great with refilling my meds on time. Last time I was there, my friend and I got some great smelling body wash that was on clearance ($1.68!)?

terrible customer service by the pharmacy "manager" always rude. They never answer the phone and if they do it seems like the biggest inconvenience in the world to them.

Not the greatest CVS I’ve been to. First off, there’s no drive thru. Second, the line to pick up scripts is usually really long. Third, they have the strangest selection I’ve ever seen at a CVS…three aisles of booze but no Gatorade? No eggs? Tons and tons of empty shelves everywhere? C’mon guys, get your act together.

Absolutely horrible customer service went in to use the ups drop off just to be met with a gorilla of a woman who had the worst service I've ever seen trying everything to do nothing but talk about her poor health to anyone without providing any assistance

Terrible customer service with the exception of Felicia(she's amazing. Some of the pharmacy folks are quite rude. I can see why they are short staffed.

I went to pick up medicine yesterday and, I understand businesses are short staffed, but the pharmacist, her name is Danielle, was very unprofessional. Her and another pharmacy tech was talking about a customer, right in front of other customers, about how the customer was upset because her prescriptions weren’t ready, even though the pharmacy had already told her it was ready. Danielle was very unprofessional and very unpleasant! She needs to work on her customer service attitude.
