I had my Dodge Journey there to replace an oil pressure sending unit. Paid $800 and the check engine light came back on wi 1 week. O'Reilly did the test and told me that it is the same problem and gaskets weren't changed. I've got an appointment next Tuesday. GOD willing I'll be happier when I'm done.

It won't let me leave a quarter star. To say having a car 2 months is a little bit ridiculous. Not sure I could stomach much more, reading the other reviews. The king of excuses. AGAIN!!! it will be next week. How the hell do you stay in business

Has Had my car for 2 months for a transmission issue and the lack of communication thru it is down right ridiculous .Very unhappy customer!

They replaced my AC compressor in my car and the same day I got it back, it broke down in a fast food drive thru. They towed it for free for me at almost 10pm. It only took about 20 minutes for them to get there with the tow truck. They repaired the fans and put more coolant in my car with no extra charge since it should've been done when they fixed it up. Dan is super nice and was understanding with my situation. I'm thankful he was willing to repair the AC so quick, he got me in the same day I called about it then the next day he repaired the fans. Amazing guy, amazing business, amazing service hands down. Also the man who towed my car from my garage yesterday (Monday August 5th) was so polite. Everyone here from what I've seen are kind individuals that know their stuff.

Don’t ever go to him, he took apart my engine, didn’t put it back together, and then he left all the parts out in my truck bed in the weather. It snowed and rained and everything and everything that was salvageable is not anymore.

I take all my cars to Dan's because his service is good and fast. The loaner car is a big benefit too. Best towing services as well, including rebates on tows when you have previously had work done there.

When I was younger, my dad always went to the same mechanic when there was something he couldn't fix on his own. Like a family doctor in a small town, all of my family went to the same guy my father did, because finding a mechanic that was trustworthy sometimes felt like trying to find a needle in a haystack.When I got older, I joined the military and moved away from the little town in Alabama I grew up in. With that move, I lost the connections and resources that I had passed down to me from my father. Having to rebuild from scratch in a city I knew nothing about, meant that I got burned by a few mechanics and shade trees before I met Dan.It took exactly one interaction with him before I knew he would be the guy I trusted with my vehicles. I've been going to him for years now. I met a woman, got married, and now she takes her car to him as well. As long as he is around, it will also be where our kids go when they are old enough to drive.He's a good mechanic, an even better man, and the small town mechanic that your dad would recommend.

Dan is top notch! He fit me in to his already full schedule so I wasn’t without a car all weekend and called to check and make sure everything was still running smoothly after I left. Dan is honest and explained the issue at hand so I could fully understand and gave me his thoughts for moving forward. I find Dan to be as trustworthy as they come and his customer service is above and beyond!

So disappointed in this place the owner says sorry he didn’t use the right words when telling me he was certain he could fix my suv and I was clear I did not want to put more money If it wouldn’t fix the problem…He gave me half my money back when I felt he should give me all of it I just wasted almost 300 and that’s a lot for a single mother…So maybe next time your words should be it’s a 50/50 chance so people can decide if they wanna gamble
