Courtney was extremely nice. I would ask for her. Also, I think Jennifer that answered the phone was extremely nice...she was new. It sounds like they needed to replace a few employees. My experience was good.

I called Denman today because they have always supplied my mom's equipment in the past. they didn't this time. However, Susan was incredibly helpful when she didn't have to be! She gave me a quick rundown on the Medicare guidelines that really helped me understand how it all works. Thanks, Susan!
