I love the product but the employees at drive through are rude! I go multiple times a week and they been rude more than once and also not to put maple coverd doughnut in my dozen and now have to take it back!

I think sometimes in the morning the staff is just waking up too so be patient. It is worth the wait and it's never super long iced coffee a bit weak at times but ask for a shot of espresso problem

The girls working the day we went didn't talk much. One stood at the checkout, did not greet us just waited for our order. The other girl in the kitchen making food had long hair that was not tied back (not sure if that's a requirement). Both girls took turns setting stuff on the counter but did not say what it was or who it belonged to as we had 4 different people ordering items. They seemed overwhelmed and under trained. I feel like with some more training and guidance they could provide a more positive experience but until then I'd rather go somewhere else to get better customer service.

My husband is in Quincy for work and stopped by this morning to get a cappuccino and a sausage and egg croissant. After waiting for 15 minutes at the window, he received his coffee… just black coffee. And after waiting for 25 MORE minutes, he received his croissant… with bacon and egg. He saw two employees which I believe is pretty standard for the morning. You CANNOT make people wait this long.. we have jobs to get to!

Used the mobile app to order. Drive thru to pick up. Service was slow. Order wasn't accurate. Taste was good but looked like a mess. Young woman at window was frustrated. Management needs to step it up!

It’s a bunch of teenagers that act like they don’t want to be there. They never have the food that they’re supposed to have and when they do have it, they don’t ever fix it right I have not gotten my order right once in the last six times that I’ve been there.

Used the order yourself kiosk, only customers in store. Waited 15 minutes for staff to tell us they were out of primary ingredient, agreed to a substitute, Waited 5 more minutes... food was cold and uncooked.Highly

They have good iced and hot coffee. Their service times have improved lately. Unfortunately the last several times I've been there, the donuts have been stale like day olds, not fresh tasting at all.

I do not want to order anything from a kiosk. Please have people wait in people.
