Gave us a broken car the first time, the other car they give us broke down in the middle of the road. The employee on the phone didnt know what he was doing, blaming it on "wifi problems" they promised a tow truck with a new car and we waited for 7hrs and they still haven't showed up. Shows how much they value customer satisfaction. Never again.

Renting a car from them was easy. They made the whole process easy. My car was vandalized and in the shop and had no way to get to them to pick up my rental and they came to pick me up. Made my whole renting a car experience amazing. Will go back to them in the future.

I rented a journey mini van for a family trip. Booked it early, and it was a fairly simple process. I like that I could reserve the vehicle and pay on the day of. This was my first rental ever. So here's where they messed it up. The Quincy branch was the most foul-smelling place I've ever experienced. It hit me in the face like a brick wall. Cat pee. It was overwhelming. In my opinion the corporation of enterprise is responsible for their employees health and the care of the building they have to work in everyday! Go ahead and google what breathing in cat urine can do to a person who inhales it on a consistent basis. Not to mention that every single customer who walks in the door smells it. As for the actual van, it ran well and was great on gas. Amazing features. About 3 of the cup holders were filled up with black dog hair, so that was a real turn-off. I had no problem with the van while driving it. Please note that there was a hefty deposit added to the price (I'm sure that's standard practice for a car rental). The extra deposit was over $300. It was promptly returned the day after we returned the vehicle. All the employees were friendly and upbeat. They made sure the check-in process was easy, and it only took about 15 minutes.

Stephen and team have been very helpful with my rental. They're really busy since they're the only rental car company in the area, but that doesn't hinder them from providing good customer service over the phone and in person, unlike some Enterprise locations. 5 stars for this team. Thank you for all the help!

Unfortunately our own car was totaled. The other insurance company set us up with a car. We got a Toyota Corolla sat very low hard to get in and out of for a 72 and 78 year old. The agent we dealt with was very friendly.

Best Enterprise experience I've had. I travel alot for work and Luke made the renting process simple and efficient. Customer service was above and beyond. I needed to run my work vehicle to Nissan for repairs and Luke picked me up from Nissan. Will definitely be using this location in the future for our company rentals.

I was overcharged by $160 and I’m still waiting for a refund to my credit card. Also, the vehicle that I rented had a 2 L bottle I have filled with urine I guess from the previous renter that had children. This was an unusual experience for me. In the past, I would’ve rated five stars for all of my rentals.
