You can't find my house with the same address for 40 years and deliver some one else's package and won't pick it up even though it's overnight package. Trying to find a human to talk to is impossible. You suck!!!!!!

Delivered my package to the wrong house. Called the 800 number. Was told there was nothing they can do. Fedex needs to close down. I've had nothing but problems out of this company starting before the holidays 2025. I have great big numbers on my house ( 10 inches each.) and they still can't find my house. Not my porch

Absolutely no customer service. Off shore people will say anything to get you off the phone with no results.
