I pay an annual fee to have a tank and was informed the fee is for maintenance and upkeep.
My first call in March 2025, I asked to have it inspected and painted. I was told I needed to wait for better weather. Since then, I have made additional calls with no results.
Finally in September someone came out to look at tank because I smelled gas. On that visit the company driver decided to fill my tank, of course the company sent me a bill. Additionally, I wasn't provided any information on the inspection, if it was even conducted. Also, my tank still hasn't been painted, evidently the company is waiting for better weather. Very dissatisfied with the service approach!

Ordered gas was told delivery date. Paid for gas delivery date moved back 3 days. Then weather got bad temps dropped and had delivery pushed back again so I ran out of gas for several days. Reported 3% when I ordered. Called customer service after it was pushed back and was told delivery drivers were too busy to get here sooner but delivery guy said it hadn't been that busy.

I would check into pricing from the competition. I bought a house with an existing tank and it was a ferrell gas tank. I had to purchase propane from them. They quoted me $2.60 per gallon. No problem I paid and the gas was delivered. Two and a half years after purchasing the house I was sent a bill from ferrell for a lease payment of $100 in addition to the $2.60 per gallon I paid for the gas. That seemed very high so I did some checking and the competition quoted me $2.19 and that was a little higher price considering it included the tank rental. I paid over double!!! Beware and do your research before using Ferrell. I will use up the gas I have and they can come and get the tank. I will not use in the future.

Great service from your delivery people. Gas prices way to high for retired people. Should consider a discount for retired people on a fix income.
