“I wanted to order some flowers recently for a dear friend that is having some health issues. I wasn’t able to call a florist as it was later in the evening and most places were already closed. I was very happy with Lavish’s website and the ease in ordering a floral arrangement. I was equally pleased with their communication the next day informing me that my order had been delivered. It was some time later when I realized that I had input the recipient’s address in incorrectly. South instead of North. I immediately sent Lavish a message informing them of my error and asking if the wrong people actually accepted the delivery. Sadly, they not only accepted the delivery but, after reading the card, did not bother to call Lavish saying there had been a mistake. I hope they enjoyed the flowers meant for a very ill individual ?? Lavish contacted me asking if I wanted them to deliver new flowers to the correct address. Of course, I wanted to follow through with my original plan to brighten my friend’s day so I said yes. In the meantime, not only is Lavish delivering a new arrangement but they are doing it free of charge even though I am responsible for the mistake. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for this kind gesture and I will be using this company for any future flower needs. Abby, your shop is top-notch !”
