Bought my 2016 Kia Sorento from Avery and staff earlier this year. They were up front, honest, answered all my questions, and had no pressure to buy. They even gave and played Hot Wheels to my son. The financing department managed to get me a great deal with a local bank. Plus they gave me a printout of all the automotive work done to my vehicle, instead of a lame story. WAY BETTER THAN KUNES HYUNDAI!!!!!

Brought in my 2022 Ford F-250 because of a howl coming from rear drive train and dropped it off to have the service department take a look at it. They explained they couldn’t hear the sound so I offered to come in and ride with someone to show them which they agreed to. I come in and the gentleman drives my truck at which time he hears the sound every time. Take it back they keep the truck a day and a half and then tell me the sound is coming from my aftermarket tires and that the gentleman they sent to ride with me isn’t a technician and doesn’t know what he was hearing so I requested someone to ride with me again and the service manager refused to ride with me or have a tech ride with me and kept telling me it was nothing but the tires. I tried explaining and just asked if someone would ride with me and he continued to cut me off and refused. He is by far the worst person I have come in contact with in customer service if I could give 0 stars I would. Now let’s add to the insult… I make some phone calls and actually talk to the owner finally who seems like they may be really helpful but turns out not at all. They told me I should take my truck to Hannibal and that my after market parts void my warranty but I never requested for my warranty to cover everything by the way. But besides the fact it doesn’t void my warranty and thanks for showing all your ignorance and complete disregard to customer service.

If you have a Bronco order, I highly recommend you transfer to here in Quincy!The entire experience was exceptional. I acquired my vehicle with NO DEALER MARKUP despite the high demand of my 2022 Bronco. They even gave me a credit for the increase in taxes/doc fees since placing my order in October! The entire team was kind and hospitable, and allowed me to get in and out with no hassle. They even called me the next day to remind me of the $500 deposit I had placed at the time of ordering my Bronco, and asked me to come collect the refund (I had totally forgot about it). The salesman, Troy, remained in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. He assisted in the setup of my Ford app and gave an excellent rundown of the electronics in the car.All in all, I can't say enough about GemCity Ford, but I again highly recommend you purchase your next ride from them, or transfer your existing order to them so you too can experience their exceptional service.
