Not sure why I was charged 40 dollars for 3 things that were all label priced $6, $6 and $10. Even more confused why I paid it and didn't argue.
Oh wait yeah, I do know why: it's because the lovely cashier is a rude person with a chip on her shoulder.
Someone needs to be monitoring the actions and interactions of the employees with customers.
Not going back. I'll go to Hannibal.

Always been great, but prices are way too high for a thrift store.

I called and asked if they had christmas trees and I am looking for a specific one. The lady said yes and I asked very nicely if she could see what size they were and she very rudely said “i don’t know, you’ll have to come and look.” meanwhile, I called other stores and they were glad to leave the phone for a literal FIVE SECONDS to tell me how many feet the trees were they had in stock. I wish I would’ve gotten the girls name… it wouldn’t be a big deal if i didn’t have two kids to haul into the store with me. I’d rather come in the store knowing they have what i’m looking for than look at multiple places that don’t and eventually find one all while i’m getting two BABIES in and out of the car in freezing weather. I thought it was a retail stores job to provide information to customers over the phone if requested.

They are actually trying to sell a old, dented and very empty beer can for 3.99! They are trying to sell us literally garbage.

Few complaints; They don't sell Beanie Babies individually, only in mixed bags filled with other brandless plushes I wouldn't want. They play covid propaganda over the intercom, and a miniscule selection of video games. One highlight though: good book selection. Most are in good condition with good prices.

The kids clothing is no longer marked and every time I come in the lady I get is in a terrible mood or is making up some price or rule. I find boys pants not marked but in a section for $3.50 and she charged us $5.40! I had checked out because they only have one cashier and you will sit in line for 15-20 minutes sometimes on Sunday so my son and husband wander while I pay, never has been a problem in the past for me to go get them once I was done and paid but today I was advised I cannot unless I leave all my purchases. I understand this rule but needed to be implemented all the time not just when Mrs. Wonder Worker decides to work and make me feel like a criminal. As stated above I paid for the pants even though they are not marked properly I want to support my community but these workers are infuriating. Go to Salvation Army all their items are clearly marked with no BS and I have never been treated like a criminal like at goodwill for no reason other than this woman needs control.
