2 part review: 1.) On-line delivery request made during holidays and in front of forecasted severe cold. Delivery made within advertised timeframe, even with holidays and probable flood of calls, considering weather. 2.) Service need on my equipment identified by delivery driver/technician. Service coordinated with 2nd technician and issue successfully addressed in 2 hrs. or less. Both technicians knowledgeable and professional - these complements coming from a person with both residential and industrial gas service experience dating back to late 70's. Simply put - they did good!

Usually pleased with our service, but we had 40% in our tank today and probably will use very little between today and October and they went ahead and put in 200 gallons. Didn’t make sense to me.

Our propane tank had settled and was leaning pretty bad. Stopped at the office in Quincy to buy propane and asked for it to be leveled. Alex came today in 100 degree weather and worked his butt off to get our tank set right. Alex deserves 2 thumbs up and a raise! Thanks Alex.

We are on a budget plan for the winte yet somehow my bill is always wrong. Last year our tank went dry for two days in the winter. We only use these guys because they bought the local company and we plan to switch this year

Worst customer service ever the regulator was leaking and the valve was leaking and they said because I switched from their tank to my tank I was going to be charged the worst company ever

Horrible service. Needed a propane tank for a home generator. Finally got the install of gen and tank on same day. They wanted to run test the generator. Delivery guy said the tank probably had enough gas to do that. Went out a couple of days later the tank has slid off wooden shims they put under it. Went to the office with photos about a month ago. Still no response. Yesterday the generator ran it's monthly 5 minutes. It actually made it. Hope we don't have a bad storm. I paid $10,000 for the generator. Don't know what I owe Pinnacle. They are less than a mile from me so I thought how convenient. How wrong I was.
