This place is right across the freeway from Lowes. Go there. This place has no customer service, they never have what they say they will in stock. It's just a mess.

After 3 cancelled delivery attempts the customer service rep at Quincy Il store was rude and unhelpful. After all that they told me it would take a week or so to get my money back, on items I never received and never left the store!!! Home Depot’s incompetence has delayed my clients project by two weeks now and I would not recommend using them.

Drove a 1 hour 30 min to buy a Christmas tree at this store. They had the one I wanted but it was on display and they aren’t getting any more in and they wouldn’t sell that one to me. I went to another Home Depot today near me and I left with a tree on there display. Because they said they aren’t getting more so might as well sell the ones they already have.

I ordered 3 windows in September the order was canceled and money refunded on October 9. So I ordered them again on October 10, delivery date of November 5. The windows still haven’t been delivered! It’s very frustrating when you have a project to finish and you need those windows! Never again

Home depot will not honor their warranties at all. Had a horrible experience with a product and bought a 3 year extended warranty. Product took a shit after 3 months and the place that home depots warranties go through told me to wait until the manufacturer warranty was done, did that and home depot said that there was nothing they could do. Like are you serious?? I'm out 700 dollars because you can't do your job? Moral of the story is don't trust home depots warranties, they will not honor it!

Had an awful experience with “Vern” who’s supposed to be a manger??
It was so creepy
he wouldn’t leave me alone
I’m a total beginner trying to do research on a big project and he kept telling me to leave
He was so rude and creepy I can’t believe it happen because everyone else there is pretty nice
Ugh dude, I’m for real going to reach out to corporate!

A 32 gallon trashcan at Home Depot is 102$.
Wile a 45 gallon trashcan at Walmart is 30$.
I don't know what's going on with Home Depot but there prices have been soaring through the roof lately. Going there and seeing the prices have been making me feel physically sick to my stomach. Im just going to avoid this place and get stuff online from now on.

Went to the customer service counter midday 6/11/24 to get some information about ordering an item, the 3 girls behind the counter just stood there just looking at me when I walked up, no greeting or how can we help you. I had a few questions that the website had listed, but you know that websites are never right, so I just wanted to clarify. Person 1 looked at the product I had pulled up and said “well they can help you” (young girl who clearly didn’t know what she was doing, probably her first job) and then the girl who continued to help me had a very “as a matter of fact” attitude as if I was supposed to know the answers to the questions I was asking. This was my first experience with this location since moving to town and I’m more of a Lowes person myself, but they didn’t have want I was looking for but it said Home Depot did. Never again. Super rude and unhelpful.

Nyssa at Customer Service was rude and disrespectful. We drove early this morning for an hour and a half to come exchange a damaged/chipped tub that Home Depot delivered to us. I had been dealing with Jaron (manager) and even though he was not able to arrange a delivery all the way to Missouri due to the distance, we still ended up being grateful because at least he tried to help. Our experience was turned around when we went to Customer Service to do the exchange and had to deal with Nyssa. If she cannot be kind to customers or people in general, she should never be working in Customer Service.

Everytime I come to Home Depot and Marla is working she takes the customer service to the next level. She is a phenomenal employee, completely understands customer service and is so kind and helpful. You have a good one on your hands for sure with her. Take care of her… she’s the perfect employee!
