Called over at the store today january 12 associate Paula answered I called to ask a simple question. Paula was rude acted like I was a bother and seemed snippy all I asked was if carried playpen in store and got snippy and hung up right away bad service

Ok people it’s Christmas and let’s be honest we customers can be extremely annoying. The lines aren’t moving fast enough, can’t find what you’re looking for, and there’s “ what!!, why can’t I use that coupon!!!” Waiting in line for my turn at Kohl’s I heard it all. I worked retail for over 20 years and customers I hate to burst your bubble but customers aren’t always right. Be kind to any employee they work hard and many times understaffed. Be understanding and compliment them. They deserve it. I had the sweetest cashier, who did a terrific job. Merry Christmas. Have a blessed season.

They was very organized and ready to handle the holiday rush. The line to check out was extremely long but was moving quickly despite the challenges. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Paul, at the register is an excellent example of patience and understanding that should be shown to customers !!
He spent over 20 minutes on the phone with their customer service department and had a smile on his face the whole time. Kohls should consider hiring more kind and caring employees like him. Thank you very much

Supposedly there was to be 40% off Saturday and Sunday, but I was told that my purchase was "exempt."
