Horrible experience! Took my BMW in for diagnostics. Paid for a scheduled consultation. “Mechanic” printed out diagnostics and refused to discuss any of the issues detailed on report. Said they were too busy. Meanwhile “mechanic’s” wife also refused to call coordinating body shop to discuss issues. She claimed she was too busy although there was not one soul in the shop other than the staff. These were the rudest, most unprofessional folks I’ve encountered. Wow. I have no idea how they can continue to do business.

10/10 Kuhly’s is my go to for almost 5yr (as along as I could drive) never had a complaint and always greeted with the best customer service and the service has always been above and beyond

Colby is a stand up honest guy who is very knowledgeable about his craft. I was given some dishonest information from a local dealership and Kuhlys gave me an in depth explanation of the problem and solution, as well as did the work for a better price. Highly recommend them!

Great place. Great staff. Colby took time to go over every single detail on our BMW repairs. Stasha was very nice and very good communication with us. Very impressed with Kuhlys. This will be the only shop that works on our car.

I’ve been taking my Toyotas to Kuhly’s for years with no complaints. Today, had a check engine service light come on. Called Kuhly’s and they said to stop by and they’d check it out. Took car in, they scanned, fixed the problem, and sent me on my way - no charge. If you own an import and need service, I highly recommend Kuhly’s.

Our vehicle, all of a sudden, had all sorts of indicator lights flashing, check engine light on, and it started to just shut off at an intersection. I called Kuhly's, and they said bring it in. I barely made it. They stopped what they were doing, got my car in immediately, and fixed my problem post haste. We will never go anywhere else for service. Great people to work with.

I genuinely cannot recommend Kuhly's enough. From the first time I ever went there to have my vehicle serviced I've been treated like a VIP. Colby is always so friendly and helpful and always does whatever he can to help with whatever problem is bringing me in that day. Their service is top notch, even going so far as to come to my house and jump-start my car. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else and I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a place to receive great care at a great price, with peace of mind that the job was done by people who want to see you satisfied.
