When in for hair cut and made the mistake of saying the back was to the point I couldn't stand it being so long. So guess what, she only cut the back. Before I could say anything about sides and top she had the cape off and was walking away to collect money. AND, charged me full price . Probably not going back.

I've been to this salon many times before always got a decent haircut. I like the convince of walking in whenever I can and walking out. Unfortunately a couple weeks ago I stopped in and ended up waiting to be serviced for an hour and around 15mins before I decided to cross my name off and leave. Im still not sure why I wasn't waited on I came in at a regular time for a regular haircut like I've done before but yet I was skipped by around 10 people give or take. Granted everyone before me seemed to have male haircuts or were older women with a shorter hair cuts so maybe they didn't have anyone there at the time to deal with my shoulder length hair but I think if that were the case a stylist or the girl at the desk should have let me know that. I looked at the sheet a couple times to make sure I wasnt marked off by mistake and I wasnt every stylist looked at the sheet and knew how long i had been there. Im not sure why this happened but I think returning here would make me uncomfortable considering how many employees watched me sit and wait for so long and couldn't manage to do more than just look at me. I mean I was there so long I might as well have clocked in and grabbed a broom.

Mandi was GREAT! I came in after getting a badly botched haircut from a “high end” salon. She fixed something I thought was unfixable! I walked out beyond happy!!!! I’ll go back!!!

Ashley cut my hair. I normally have Heather cut my hair but she wasn't there today... I wanted my dead ends trimmed off and low layers with a v shape cut and I got 3 inches taken off my hair. My hair is already very thin and she thinned my hair without asking me first. My hair was down the middle of my back and now I can't even put my hair in a pony tail. So disappointed and upset. My hair grows so slow.

Been several times and the wait is usually quick. Always have haircut done excellent and always friendly.

Seemed she had no interest in making sure I left looking good and feeling good about my haircut, I paid a so called professional and tipped just to leave embarrassed, my side burns were so uneven you could tell the level of effort was little to none, I had to fix it when I got home with a beard trimmer but by that time they were already embarrassingly high!

The ladies were super nice and they got pretty close to the haircut I wanted!! I did warn about shrinkage in my hair but I think I underestimated it when I told them. I'm very pleased! Will go again.

The folks here are very professional and care about the clients. I have never had a problem with my stylist Cassidy misremembering my usual cut, and she helps me through options when I feel indecisive. Prices are reasonable, especially considering other options. I also have friends that are huge fans of their tanning options.
