Lady pushed my hands away, twisted my fingers, got upset when I asked her to correct it..2 hrs later here is the result...I asked her to fix the nail that wasn't straight she ignored me. The lady next to her said my nail were round so that makes it difficult to work with... I replied i've been getting my nails done since I was fifteen years old never had this issue and she walked away. If you want your fingers twisted no communication nails not straight cuticles bleeding I would suggest this place...

I love a pedicure. And have had so many. We are trying to find our go to since we just moved back. But the stares we got from workers and clients, like two husbands can't have clean and painted nails. The ladies that did ours, my husband, I wanted her. She did a great job asked questions. It was just a little pricey for what I got. I really wanted a rainbow design for when we go to Florida, but not sure I can afford it. Gel was $20 extra, no design so im scared to asked how much extra that is. Will go back if needed. Trying to be positive, it juat wasn't what I expected.

I came all the way from Mississippi and Florida just for this nail salon! No one can do my nails the way they do. Katie never disappoints; she always exceeds expectations. Side by side with the inspiration photo, family and friends can’t tell a difference! Amazing service unlike anywhere else.

I was supposed to get a fill and the guy that did my nails left so many air bubbles and bumps in my nails. He also had to keep fixing what he messed up and it still wasn’t fixed right. The best part is that when he was filing with the drill, he cut me more than once and I started bleeding and he just kept going. Paid $70 for something I absolutely did not enjoy getting and sobbed right as I walked out the door.
Update : Went back and they fixed it.

I had to get repairs from previous trim and fill. These guys took great care of me. the atmosphere was very pleasant and the tech was very soft and precise to fully remove the acrylic and then apply gel powder. Definitely recommend! Will be returning!

Terrible service. It took me almost two hours from starting my nail to walking out of the store and I only got a French tip!! The top coat was uneven and chipping away and my nail broke off the day after I got them done when I was simple brushing my teeth!! The nail tech made me bleed twice and they were using dirty tools. I will ever go here again and the price is outrageous! Almost 85 dollars!! Do not recommend!!

The left is what I asked for. The right is what I got. I showed him the inspo picture and said this is what I want but to keep my round nail shape. I kept the picture open and on the table for him to refer to. Throughout the entire hour and a half that I was there I kept telling myself to trust the process but ended up leaving crying with how ugly I thought my nails were. This was the first time in my entire life that I have not left a tip, especially after paying $60 for nails I didn’t ask for. Will not be going back.

Went in for a full set of nails and a pedicure.The nails looked awful.They were thick * look fake. when I got home.I had to use a drimmel to sand them down.They looked horrible.I will never go there again.And I do not recommend this place

they change what you request without you knowing and upsale and charge more.
They don't abide by sanitation laws and cross contaminate
and the people who work on you don't speak English.

Just had nails done Saturday its Tuesday and they are chipping away! I went here since I was in Quincy and didn't have the time to make it to Burlington NEVER again what a waste of $65. The tech didn't seem to know what she was doing always had someone telling her what to do they are uneven I hated them from the time she was done but thought ill make them work till they grow out and go back to my normal place well awesome spent $65 there and now will spend another $50 at least for them to be fixed!
