Erin was very knowledgeable and super helpful! I went in thinking I needed one type of mattress and she was able to quickly help me narrow down what I ACTUALLY needed. She was also respectful of my budget and I greatly appreciate that as well.

They set up day went ok but the delivery person's didn't adjust the hight of my bed to what I needed .. it's to high .. and the very same night when I went to lay down I raised the head of the bed and when I got into bed the head par fell flat and 2 black plastic wheels were found on my floor and we also found o e of the phone charging ports was broken in the bed frame so I'm only giving them a 3 star's 1 for on time delivery 1 for being very polite and 1 for cleaning up and removing the old bed .. and hopefully they come back to fix and adjust my new bed then I would probably give them more star's....

My husband and I had some specific requirements for our next mattress and we did not know what we were really looking for. Erin at Mattress Firm walked us through all the options based on what we said we needed and identified options we had not thought of. We are very excited to get our mattress and start sleeping better.

Even though my husband stopped by yesterday, When I went in today The sales person knew exactly who I was talking about and remembered the mattresses my husband liked. He was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going there!

The guy who helped us name is Lee out of the Quincy Illinois store….he was very helpful and super nice. Also very patient with us. Top notch and deserves and promotion. I will recommend this store to my friends and family based on Lee friendly customer service. thanks Lee and I love your tattoos!

Had the most wonderful experience shopping for a mattress in the Quincy store with Erin. She was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding of our needs. We've had bad experiences in the past few months taking home and returning beds that were not what we were needing. She took the time to listen to us and really help us with or perfect mattress search. Definitely will recommend and return for future purchases.
