My recent tire installation had a significant snag: unfortunately, all four rims were scratched during the process. However, the service I received from technician Brandon and department coach David W. was phenomenal. Brandon had the integrity to immediately report initial damage on a rear rim. When I returned after noticing the full extent of the damage, David W. inspected the wheels, confirmed the issue, and took the initiative to find and secure a suitable replacement set of rims.
