  My mom insisted we went here and this will be my first and last time. We made an APPOINTMENT, felt very rushed while there. You know the best part about a pedicure is the massage, mine was about 7 seconds long each leg. Also she nicked skin while using a certain tool to where I jumped, never ok. The man that did my mom’s gel manicure chopped off her beautiful long natural fingernails without even asking her, when she said something he said “well they need to be even” wake up people! we don’t pay these prices for this kind of service, have some awareness.

  Vicki gives a great pedicure with hot stones, fragrant oils and lotions. Plenty of colors of polish and customizations available. The cat eye option is pretty cool!

  I went to get my toes done here and had Vicky. I would recommend not going to her. She was mean and very agressive with my toes. She cut me several times and rolled her eyes when I said that she was hurting me.
  Also if your wanting to enjoy and get the full salon treatment, I have found that most of the time they do not spend much time pampering. It's in and out service.

  I genuinely had the worse nail experience I have EVER had coming to Rose Nails in Quincy, IL. The man I had was very rude, unprofessional, seemed he didn’t know what he was doing, rushing, and put me in a lot of pain. I told him I wanted to get a fresh set, put on my nails. He tried to argue with me even though I’m the one paying all this money to get my nails done. When I told him I was very persistent in getting a new set because mine were old and cracking, he didn’t soak my nails off, he took nail clippers, and clipped them off, which caused a lot of pain, and then proceeded to rip the rest of them off of my nail instead of soaking them in acetone like it’s supposed to be. Multiple times I mentioned that I was in pain, and said he was hurting me. And he completely ignored me and continued to rip my nails off. He kept arguing with me after he would ask what I wanted and I would tell him. He would tell me “that won’t look good,” or “it’ll be too thick.” and I would continuously have to tell him that this is how I want it, I’m the one paying $70 for my nails. Even after all of that, the nails STILL didn’t look very good, but I was so ready to get out of there. I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had, and I am not one to complain and leave bad reviews but this was horrible.

  Worst most expensive pedicure that I’ve ever gotten in my life! It was rushed. I paid extra for callus removal which was basically a graze over my feet with a cheese grater. I left with nearly the same amount of dry skin as I came with. The shape is horrible and the polish looks lumpy. Save your money!
