Sam's Club Online are liars and thieves. They charged my credit card 435.00 and never ever delivered the table I ordered. Being a plus member doesn't mean anything. Over a month and I'm still trying to get my money back, they've no one in charge and the only people answering the phones are in India. WOW!! What a way to NOT do business!!!!!!! Sam's Club!!! You suck!!!!

Been here before with an OK experience. However today while trying to shop 2 employees having a conversation standing in front of the one of the last products I needed to get - simply ignored me carrying on their conversation.. Then moved in front of the next item I needed.Then muttered something under his breath - PATHETIC and disrespectful. They both continued to stare at me on my way through check out. Talk about not feeling comfortable.

We are plus members and can say, Don't bother getting a membership here! Customer service is inept, the cashier's aren't trained, the produce rots before we can eat it. The yogurt box was ripped and the yogurt inside was damaged and opened. The roast chicken meat was tough! We easily spend 300 per visit, shame on us!Where ARE the cashier's??! Only 2 check out lines open?! Pharmacy isn't open on Sundays?! Getting out of the store takes forever as the greeter is scanning all the items on receipt!! Customer Service guy is a passive aggressive flamboyant young kid, who's smart aleck attitude should be addressed immediately! Save that eye rolling for your home life, it's not appropriate nor professional here! Ohh, and we paid 100 for this abuse!

Are you kidding me? I paid over 100 bucks to walk into this store. I'm the fool, but I'll NEVER pay anything to walk into this or any other store again. Bought a 125.00 car battery in January, 2020 from this Sam's club. In May, 2020 it "gave out" due to the AZ heat, so I attempted to take it back, BUT the tire/battery dept was and still is CLOSED. Not Discount Tire; not O'Reilly's (where I wound up going to on Ray Road). No just Sam's was closed. Paid of 400.00 like an idiot to this Sam's for eye glasses about 4-5 years ago. They no longer have the records, per them. Took the glasses in for a minor repair to the right ear piece which had come off. This also happened in May, 2020. Was promptly told that not only could any of the eye dept employees fix this by replacing the ear piece, but that they were NOT allowed to even touch the new frames on the display walls. It's OK, I'll just go blind and hereby tell Walmart/Sam's to shove it. There prices are no better than Costco, which I will NOT pay either to walk into their stores. Enough is more than enough.

Sam's club is an amazing company, they had everything me and my family needed during this pandemic. For example they had milk and eggs. This is why I try my best to always shop here because they also have great customer service, if you need help with anything they are there to help. Also one of my friends works there and they treat him amazingly, all there food is also new.

Pretty disappointed with Sams Club, as they require for you to pay an annual membership fee and then run out of items that you need. The only thing they say is that they are sorry that they are out of the item they do not offer any kind of a reimbursement for the annual membership fee nor do the store managers know when items will be back in stock. The managers at the locations state that they do not know what is inside of the truck until the truck is unloaded, however if this is the case who is doing the truck order or is ensuring that they have the product that they need as they say it is just automatic

I was in the store last Sunday when my we were over charged for our renewal. When my secondary card holder went in to request a refund they refused to help her. I decided to cancel my membership due to horrible customer service. Bottom line they could care less after 20 years of shopping at this store.

Not quite for sure but I counted nine employees doing absolutely nothing up by the checkout but chitchatting or setting on the rear. So I have to do self check out with the Lady breathing down my neck the whole time. She telling me that if I didn’t upgrade my card I couldn’t shop before 10 o’clock anymore??? Even told me I couldn’t even shop online and less I upgraded. No they didn’t get any upgraded money from me!

I would like to give a special thanks to Katie, Troy and Anthony for going out of their way to help me today! I stopped Katie and asked for help. She was clearly on her way somewhere else, but didn’t hesitate to help me. What I needed of course was on the very top shelf of the store, but that didn’t bother her Troy or Anthony. Katie promptly grabbed a tow motor while the other two men roped off the aisle and brought down a huge box, while I stood behind the rope in awe at their complete professionalism. Not only did she make make sure that what I needed was inside the box. She took the time to make sure that each and every picture I wanted did not have any imperfections in them like the previous ones did. Thanks Katie, Troy and Anthony for your wonderful smiles and helping hands today!

I have been to this location several times in the last few years and have never been disappointed. However, I have seen the bathroom slowly getting worse as the years go by. I went in the other day, and there wasn't a hook to hang my bag. The bathroom over all felt very dirty and was absolutely stinky. Now I make it a point to use the restroom elsewhere so I don't have to use the one here as I can no longer stand walking in without feeling automatically dirty and full of germs from people using the restroom. Especially since the restrooms aren't quite clean and I had to constantly pick and choose between the least dirty stall to plop my butt down on.
