“I have 2 units here one for regular household items and the other for my Polaris Razor. I personally know all 3 of the owners Jeff, Ace and Trent. I mostly deal with Jeff but all three of them are great guys and very easy to work with. What I like most about the facility is it is just over 2 years old, it is very well lit at night and very clean!! Another State of the art Convenience is if you are moving to the Quincy area or just need a nice clean place to keep your items you don’t have to be there at any certain time. They have a well lit office with a Kiosk that you simply type in your info show your ID and it gives you a list of Available units, you pick your unit and it dispenses a lock”

“Ms. Shari runs the Tower Storage facility and is always in a happy, helpful mood! Great service, great location and honest company! I had worked there for a short while (only filling in for Shari) Tower Storage offers wonderful security and easy access for their clients. This is a great place for storing long or short term! There is a small deposit upon rental, but always returned back after; a move out notice, swept out, & lock removed! EASY BREEZY!”

“no too bad a little confused, is a cave believe the brokers supposed to give some directionbecause you have to call shipping before you get there so they give some instructions about where to go to get a empty weight ticket and then call again and they going to give you a door or go to staging area if they are no ready for you also when you do check in bring the ticket from scale and license”

“We had our stuff, for what Quincy Storage say was stolen out of our unit. We believe that they auctioned off the wrong unit. We was told that the unit when check was completely cleaned out. Don't know any thiefs that clean out everything that's there, where they are stealing from, empty cardboard boxes and all. Then they continued to take my money each month from April to October, even after they had rented the unit out to someone else. going on 2 weeks now that we was to receive a check for the over payment. Not one camera on their units to help identify how our unit was cleaned out. was told it's not their fault and to file claim with our insurance company.”

Lock Up Storage took care of my stuff as if it was there own; No theft, no water damage, and no pests or rodents. Not only were all my items safe and secure but the price was exceptional!
