Small target so I can't find everything i want but that is expected. Some key employees that are always friendly, store manager is friendly, Starbucks employees bust ass to get drinks out. Just wish it was bigger but it's better than no Target.

Two things: one is staff, two is food products. Every time I’ve had an interaction with a staff member specifically at customer service, they were not nice. They acted like it was a burden to ask for help or assistance with anything. The other is food products. They sell EXPIRED items so please check your refrigerated/food products when you look. I’ve found so many things expired throughout any visit here the past several months. Other than that, very thankful there’s a Target in Quincy!

Unbelievably disappointed in the dismissive customer "service". Two employees were unaware of return policy, refused to even look at the receipt presented to them. One was new and kept saying he was "new, so I'm still learning" and the other was "the one in charge when there's no store manager". They were rude, the experience was frustrating. Not worth anything to bother shopping at this particular Target again.

3 times I have went to the makeup department. The employee is there working until I approach and ask a question and she runs the other way. This time she stands there talking to a friend about living their lives. Im cicling the area for 15 minutes looking for a product. She finishes her convo, looks at me approaching to ask for help and bolts to the back of the store. I must have RBF, BO or look like I am unworthy of help. Crappy customer service. Maybe I should go in wearing Chanel suit, Louboutin shoes and diamonds to be worthy of help next time.

Let's talk about the Starbuck's kiosk first. In the afternoon, we needed a pick me up. Only one employee we saw and she was handling everything just fine. So many choices to choose from. The treats were alittle cashy, but all of the Starbuck chain treats are. We expected that. Quick Service. No complaints.
As for the service of the actual store, this is where we lost some stars. Walking through the entire store and shopping, it was like zombies & robots were hired. Hard to find anyone to ask for help. I waited by the makeup and hair products for an employee, to assist me with a few products I was looking for. Waited 15 minutes, still noone. Not even a stocker. Walked towards the back of the store and there were 4 ladies just standing in the corner gabbing away. That must be the breakroom, yanno in the corner aisles. Then we go to checkout, and my husband gets irritated, he dislikes stores that only use self checkouts. Not one human cashier checking out. The store was clean, the restrooms were clean and well stocked.

I am only giving it 3 stars for the one of the staff members they have at the self checkouts. Most of the staff are super nice. The new woman they just hired is a sweetheart, but i didnt catch her name. I hate asking for help yet I'm super polite when I do. . . But I went in late August/early September for some last minute school stuff. . .asked a younger girl to price check things for me because they weren't coming up with the right price. She was super rude. Had me leave the area to go physically take pictures of the correct price. It's like she was bothered to actually do her job. I wasn't rude to her, even told her to have a great night. . . She completely ignored me and rolled her eyes. I really don't like going to Target just because of her attitude. She always acts like it's a pain to do her JOB. I get that sometimes people have bad days, but every time I see her she is rude.

So far so good. They’ve slowly got their stock right after opening and the store is clean and organized! Thanks Quincy Target- now I don’t have to go hang out with “the people at Walmart” 😂😂

I have done 2 online pick ups since they opened and every time it is a nightmare. Said it would be ready within 1 hour at check out. Then it sends me an email that it will be 2 hours. I show up 1.5 hours later to see if it's ready, keep in mind it is 2 small home items. The lady actually tells me to cancel my order and go get them myself if I need it before the 2 hour mark. Someone finally realizes there's and issue and she gets them off a cart in the back. They had been picked. I still had to wait 30 minutes. So it was 2 hours. Not a single manager came over. Several employees did ask if I had been helped. The "trainer" was the worst with no kindness or resolution. I could've grabbed them quicker myself and had way less stress! Come on Target!

This is a very nice Target store! It’s a brand new store too. The layout is nice and convenient, the store is very clean too. Fun fact this used to be a former Kmart.

Love this store! It has everything you need in one stop. Way more items to choose from and more available options. It was clean, stocked and everyone was helpful.
