I took my package in to return and the lady at the register helped me pull it up on my phone and she scanned it and charged me a small fee and she printed out the label and applied it for me. I was so thankful that she knew what to do because I sure didn’t have a way to print out a label!! Everyone that works there is very friendly!! This will be the only store I use to send packages from!! They took all of my stress away!!

The Quincy location should honor the hours that they post online. If you say that you’re open until 3pm then that’s the timeframe that you should be open. I wasted gas and my time driving 45 miles round trip and they were closed before 2 pm.

I have never had a UPS problem- mistakenly wrote a review regarding post office on here so I'm giving thr true update. UPS delivered temperature sensitive medicine for years- always prompt, professional, and never had an issue! Appreciate UPS!
