Dropped Packages off.. they never scanned them in.. they are lost.. Tried to call their phone number .. they have the dumbest call center thing.. you can’t talk to anyone .. I have to go to the location now..

If I could give the USPS a negative 1 Billion stars I would. They need to completed gut USPS and sell it to the lowest bidder and pay them to demolish every building. For every time it has lost a package with medicine. The only way the Postal Service could improve is if they went back to horse.
To make it worse they call you back 5 minutes later with an automated recording that tells you everything you already know.

The guy that works in the shipping center is the worst. Everytime I send something he makes it a miserable process and always hits me with some kind of extra fee that no one else in the facility hits me with and I’m always given no explanation or no option around it and am always sending the same exact thing. It makes going to the post office a dreadful experience every time when he’s working because how bad his customer service and attitude is. I wish there was another post office, or shipping center in town that allowed sending letters as cheap as usps because I would NEVER step foot in there again if it were an option.

Anytime I order something from Amazon, amazon always has to send me a replacement because the post office will scan it out as “delivered” and it’s never delivered I have a camera up and I watch to make sure and no it’s never delivered they just scan it out to say that. So then I have to go to Amazon and be like my package is days late and nobody has attempted to deliver it to me. UPS is so much better with packages but my Amazon has the post office deliver things so I never get them and have to contact people just to get a package. Plus I wanna make note that one time they literally drive into our trash can… knocked it over… spilt the trash. Didn’t bother to pick it up or tell us they just left it. We saw the mail truck backing up after hitting it and we wanted to see if they’d clean up their mess and they didn’t.

I haven't received mail in over 3 months. My girlfriend and I have submitted change-of-address forms 3 times, only for them to tell us that they "don't have a change of address form for either of us on file". They have cost me time and money. A select few of their employees have bad attitudes, and it seems like literally nobody minds keeping you waiting 10-15 minutes for basic help. I guess I just won't be getting any mail.

I went in a week or so ago and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. He talked to every customer like they were old friends. I felt like i was in Mayberry. I wish i remember the man's name. He definitely made my visit to this USPS office one of the best i have ever had.

Got a PO box here and these guys do a lot to help me find the package when it just arrived at there office ? so I have to give 5 stars for great customer service?
