The guy that works in the shipping center is the worst. Everytime I send something he makes it a miserable process and always hits me with some kind of extra fee that no one else in the facility hits me with and I’m always given no explanation or no option around it and am always sending the same exact thing. It makes going to the post office a dreadful experience every time when he’s working because how bad his customer service and attitude is. I wish there was another post office, or shipping center in town that allowed sending letters as cheap as usps because I would NEVER step foot in there again if it were an option.

Anytime I order something from Amazon, amazon always has to send me a replacement because the post office will scan it out as “delivered” and it’s never delivered I have a camera up and I watch to make sure and no it’s never delivered they just scan it out to say that. So then I have to go to Amazon and be like my package is days late and nobody has attempted to deliver it to me. UPS is so much better with packages but my Amazon has the post office deliver things so I never get them and have to contact people just to get a package. Plus I wanna make note that one time they literally drive into our trash can… knocked it over… spilt the trash. Didn’t bother to pick it up or tell us they just left it. We saw the mail truck backing up after hitting it and we wanted to see if they’d clean up their mess and they didn’t.

I haven't received mail in over 3 months. My girlfriend and I have submitted change-of-address forms 3 times, only for them to tell us that they "don't have a change of address form for either of us on file". They have cost me time and money. A select few of their employees have bad attitudes, and it seems like literally nobody minds keeping you waiting 10-15 minutes for basic help. I guess I just won't be getting any mail.

I went in a week or so ago and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. He talked to every customer like they were old friends. I felt like i was in Mayberry. I wish i remember the man's name. He definitely made my visit to this USPS office one of the best i have ever had.

Super helpful, I needed to get a passport & they took such great care of me! I got my application, a list of needed documents & I now have passport in hand. Thank you for all your help, I'm off to Paris! ??

Said they attempted delivery of my package , POSTAL CARRIER LIED , Theres fresh snow on goround NO TRACKS AND I WAITED FOR MAIL NO MAIL PERSON SHOWED UP ! they just didnt want to come up to the box and snows not but a few inches deep !Like

I've never worked with a more friendly and efficient post office. Ever! I'm actually sad to leave Quincy because I will miss the kind staff. Thank you for making it easy to ask questions and deliver my packages.

Mail carrier supervisor put a do not deliver mail if my front door is open because of the pit bull I have. 1 do not have a pit bull 2 they still don't deliver my mail when my front door is closed and the mail carrier puts a note on the mail door open. They just drive by and look then decide not to deliver. Stopped the mail carrier when they were delivering the neighbors mail to fined out why and thats when they told us about the front door thing. When my wife asked this question the door had been closed and the mail carrier said because we have a pit bull and we don't (the door was closed at the time and they went by without delivering mail). We have packages that we pay for to be delivered and they don't do it and we have to go down and get it. So what are we paying for? I do have a dog and the mail carrier admitted that they have never seen my dog or have had any problems with my dog. Didn't even know they stopped delivering our mail until packages not being delivered. Big joke.
