“The Brewery has always been one of my favorite buildings in Quincy, and the owners have been doing a phenomenal job with it.We've been to Oktoberfest a few times and the Ratskeller a few times, but this was the first year we could do the tunnel tours - and it was SO COOL. I can't give any details without spoiling the tour, but I would absolutely recommend taking the tunnel tours!”
