“Everyone was fantastic! Front desk was friendly, helpful, personable, informative, & genuinely interested in helping. Our vet tech was the best! He made certain our dogs felt safe & cared for. Dr. was the best! She took her time with each dog, explaining how visits would go, & allowed us to be there when she gave the vax so there was less anxiety for our dogs, & me ?. Would 100% recommend & thanks to Jane's Pampered Pets for

“Dr. Spooner and her team are excellent to work with, we had visited a couple other vets in this area for routine visits but were overall not impressed with the lack of professionalism, timeliness, etc. We also were told years ago by a different vet that our 16 year old cat was ‘too old and unhealthy’ to have a simple cyst removed from his face, however not only did Dr. Spooner not have any issue removing this cyst and improving his quality of life, their prices were also very reasonable. If you value your time and money, you can’t go wrong with the care from Dr. Spooner and her team.”
“Our cats Bear and Bandit were nervous but were treated with kindness and handled gently. Organized and strip-downed clinic space with little clutter in the exam room and a space-saving pull-down exam table-all good things in my opinion. Small discount with cash payment of bill which is nice but credit cards are of course accepted.”
“I brought my cat, Clyde, in for an emergency appointment yesterday afternoon and the staff were wonderful. He had an abscess that opened up. They got me in within the hour. They were kind, knowledgeable and gentle with Clyde. Compared to emergency vets in bigger cities their prices were very fair. I felt really safe leaving Clyde there for a few hours while he was getting care. Each staff member I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. They gave me detailed follow up care for him and texted me today checking in on him. Overall just very impressed with this clinic and would recommend them to anyone.”
