“I have been taking care of stray cats at Country Club Heights for a bit since the cat lady moved. We got 20 cats either homes or sent to try to find homes. One of the smaller cats had 4 babies and was really excited to show us. She was the sweetest Mama. Just yesterday, May 19th, I woke early and found Mama not doing well. She was hemorrhaging. I took her to KVC to see if they could help but unfortunately she passed away. Such heartbreak. I have never experienced as much kindness and thoughtfulness in all my life. Thank you for being so compassionate and accommodating. You made the worst experience best for my baby and me. Much appreciation! Keep doing what you're doing. You are definitely an asset to our community.”
“Everyone was fantastic! Front desk was friendly, helpful, personable, informative, & genuinely interested in helping. Our vet tech was the best! He made certain our dogs felt safe & cared for. Dr. was the best! She took her time with each dog, explaining how visits would go, & allowed us to be there when she gave the vax so there was less anxiety for our dogs, & me ?. Would 100% recommend & thanks to Jane's Pampered Pets for

“I brought my cat, Clyde, in for an emergency appointment yesterday afternoon and the staff were wonderful. He had an abscess that opened up. They got me in within the hour. They were kind, knowledgeable and gentle with Clyde. Compared to emergency vets in bigger cities their prices were very fair. I felt really safe leaving Clyde there for a few hours while he was getting care. Each staff member I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. They gave me detailed follow up care for him and texted me today checking in on him. Overall just very impressed with this clinic and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Losing my cat, Bruiser of 10 years was absolutely one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through in my entire life! He was literally like my child. I am so thankful for the ladies at the Animal Medical Clinic.They treated me and my Bruiser with the gentlest , utmost compassion and understanding, and gave me the time and privacy to grieve in my own way.
