From out of town. Needed a prescription filled. Doctor called it before they called me. I waited an hour to go to pharmacy and was told they \\\"just received it\\\" and would be 10 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes, we're told another 10. All in all, 55 minutes waiting. Most unorganized pharmacy I've ever been to.

Worst customer service experience ever. I called the pharmacy at 2:26pm. The person I spoke with said my RX would be ready in 90 minutes. I was out of town. I got in line at the drive thru at 7:15pm, got to the window around 7:50pm. My RX was not ready. Additionally, they said my insurance had been canceled since 2017. When I asked the last time I picked up my RX, they said 11/29 (less than 2 months ago). Clearly my insurance had not been canceled. When I advised I would wait in the window for them to verify my insurance, the pharmacist threatened to call the police. The only way to get my son’s RX filled immediately was to pay cash, which I did because he is very ill with Covid and strep. Needless to say I am switching pharmacies and filing a corporate complaint. The pharmacist refused to give me her last name so that I could file this complaint. I completely understand being short-staffed, but I called 6 hours prior to going there. If there were any issues, I would not have sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes only to leave empty handed.

I used the driveup window. Due to my symptoms I did not want to enter the store. It took longer, however that was because of the virus. The woman at the window took expert care of my needs. She did not rush me. I glad I'm setup with Walgreens Pharmacy.

Our Quincy Walgreens has been horrible they put a new coupon policy in affect to only a few of us couponers we are limited to just 4 of anything in store ! Other couponers come in and clear the shelf ! I'm allowed 4 tide that's on sale but another couponer went in and got 12 at one time ! They pick and choose who they are nice to ! I have called district manager , corporate and nothing gets done ! They should be fair with everyone ! Not right ! Have been couponing there for over 10 years now they make it inpossible ! It's sad when u have to travel 2 hrs away to shop at Walgreens !

I have gone to this pharmacy (Quincy IL) a few times b/c their prices are reasonable. BUT with that said that is the ONLY positive thing. I called to ask questions regarding the use of a Good RX card, once in line she said NO you have to come in...I was not dressed to come in, so they did copy the # down through the window & asked me to drive around so they could add ($52 for that price I was willing to drive around). I pulled back up after waiting another 5 minutes...they said it is not in yet can I drive back around a SECOND time, I looked in the review mirror & their were 6 (SIX) cars in line now, I said that will take another 20 minutes...she said "well you want her to work on it for you?" I have NO CHOICE. I pulled around & waited for 20 minutes for ONE car ALONE 10 minutes (why didn't they make the cars behind me wait instead of having me pull around). I pulled up & they said the total is $83 ($30 MORE than GoodRX) I have used Good RX before & have NEVER had it go $30 more...I asked why such a difference? "she said it's just an estimate" WITH ATTITUDE. By this time I have had my FILL of WONDERFUL customer service (Walgreens I would NOT BE PROUD)! Yes, I did get upset & threw the card in the drawer & said just pay for it...she took the card & walked away... another girl (I will not name) came to the window & asked what was my problem... I asked why such a difference? (yes, with attitude). She said with a smirk "that is what the card you gave us priced it" & this was with such ATTITUDE I couldn't believe it! As I was asking more she turned OFF the headphones, mouthed some stuff, charged my card, NEVER turned on her headphones & put my bag in the drawer. I didn't take the bag & she started to walk away, realized I wasn't leaving & put the headphones back on & said "what? you can take your medication" all with a NASTY smirk on her face. I asked who was the manager & was she there? she said "Her name was _____ & nope she isn't here" ripped off the headset AGAIN & started to walk away - realized again I wasn't leaving...put back on headset & I asked "when will she be here?" With the nastiest tone & look said "Not till Saturday" ripped off the headphone & walked away with NO ONE in the window! Do NOT USE THIS WALGREENS or ANY OTHER! I am also sending this to corporate.

This is the slowest most unorganized place I have ever been in 4 cashiers 20 pharmacy personnel and a scrip called In at 11am took till 4PM to fill
