โ> My experience with Walmart has been consistently positive. The staff is always helpful and courteous, making every shopping trip smooth and enjoyable. Whether it's finding products or answering queries, they go the extra mile to assist.
โ> One of Walmart's standout features is its excellent return policy. Returning products is hassle-free and efficient. The process is straightforward, and customer service is always accommodating, making shopping stress-free.
โ> However, there's one area that needs attention โ delivery service. While the convenience of home delivery is appreciated, the quality control for perishable items can be disappointing. On several occasions, the items I received were close to or past their expiration dates, which is frustrating and concerning. Better attention to product freshness during order selection would greatly enhance the overall experience.
โ> Aside from this, Walmart remains a dependable destination for affordable and quality products. The variety is impressive, and the value for money is excellent.
โ> Overall: Walmart continues to be a reliable choice for shopping, thanks to its friendly staff and exceptional customer service. If they can improve their delivery quality checks, it would make the shopping experience flawless. Highly recommended for in-store purchases and hassle-free returns!

Yes I am at Walmart everyday if not every other day I spend a lot of money out there and I do want to come in the ones that do work and do help those of others in need of help and even co-workers helping or people who are working helping other people it just doesn't happen go back to the regular Walmart and it wouldn't be so frustrating and so confusing and so much in a frenzy all the time go back to normal pricing this is crazy the pricing is ridiculous 1015 2 0. 0 this is crazy you know people count on you all for 90% of their groceries to 95% of them and they can't even do that anymore because you're always groceries and personal items and everything have raised so much is there workers there I do not care for yes several but what can you do you're always going to have them no matter where you go you can report them if they've done something to you or your vehicle you can let them know I don't appreciate you acting this way or doing this stuff it doesn't matter they're just going to go back to the way Walmart doesn't care what their employees do as long as they do their job

Blonde haired manager has workers tampering with custumers purchases- putting nair in hair products for example. Bullying to the point of having workers remove items you need from the store. FBI needs to look into her- one person caused tamper proof packaging~ the Harrassment from Wal Mart employees 'the office' should make National News! Especially if a walmart worker was married to a deputy who she got to investigate me for no reason- except to slander and continue bullying- with things like emptying carpet cleaner solution and filling it with water- buying multiple of that- if that's the case- let's see if that meets Felony harassment criteria.

Staff is friendly but how they handle customer lines is atrocious. 30 people in line following THEIR SIGN THAT SAYS ENTER HERE and waiting almost an hour and they let people cut to the front. No calling anyones first name, no explanation whatsoever. Lots of frustrated customers saying the won't be back. GOOD FOR THEM, the only way WM changes or improves is loss of revenue.

To this day and 6 months ago no one helps even at the self checkout no option to pay with cash at self checkout! Every just stands back play with their phone or ignore customers. Excuse me...enough is enough. I don't know why my boyfriend even bothers shopping there. We end up leaving everything at the self checkout....
