Very poor Customer Service Representatives, I encountered last Sunday, I came into find a couple products but needing assistance to find the products to answer my question. I was disgusted by the disrespect by the Customer Service Representative Staff member that had the nerve to be disrespectful infront of his colleague and I was around the corner and heard everything that was said about how stupid I was when the CSA helped me find the products that I needed assistance with. Thanks for the disrespect and the belittling comments towards me.

This is our first choice when looking for home improvement items in our town. The staff there are knowledgeable and are so helpful. There has never been a time when we have had to wait long for help. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is because I do wish they had more options but it is amazing to not have to drive 25 minutes to buy a 2x4, a gallon of paint or have someone explain how to do something. Yea! Kudos to the Rantoul True Value Staff!!!
