While they were doing that they asked if didn’t mind a slight wait they could complete the full service oil change that I had scheduled for Saturday 03/02. Not only did they perform both services flawlessly but saved me from needing to keep the second appointment.”

He reassured me - explaining that it probably meant there was moisture in the gas line and I should call back if the light was flashing or remained on through the weekend. It disappeared after a couple of days. (It then occurred to me that after my check up had been completed, I had gone through a car wash. That might have been the source of the problem.)”

My family and I were on a 7 hr trip to Wayland, MI and on our way the vehicle started to do a few things that just seemed odd. So at 5 o’clock in the PM we pulled off the interstate and passed two other auto parts stores to find an O’Reilly’s. Three hours later with a new alternator, belt, and some other odds and ends we were back on the road! “On a trip down from Chicago I found my self having to get towed to this Autozone after a nasty tire blowout. The timing of this wasn't exactly great considering there was a storm rolling into town that wasn't all that pleasant. The moment I arrived at this store I was greeted by two amazing worker Shane and Spencer who helped me every step of the way. These two went above and beyond to help when they didn't need to. In the middle of tornado sirens strong wind and heavy rain they helped us get everything sorted and figured out. Because of Shane and Spencer I will never shop at another auto store besides Autozone. These two are some of the absolute best Autozone has to offer and hope that in some way they can be appreciated for their amazing service.”

“Scheduled my appointment for tires at 3. Got me right in at my scheduled time. I had previously called and yes they don't answer the phone always but they did this morning. Asked if I could get an oil change also. They said they didn't have time for an oil change but could do the tires. Get there and ask them again about the oil change and told them I hadn't had one in 2 years. They were concerned for my car and said I was getting an oil change today. Very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate all of them. I can't remember all of their names but I think there was an Owen, Landon, and Venderick. I'm sure I'm butchering their names but I just wanted to give them a great review and tell them how much I appreciate them!”
