Extremely Unprofessional! I’ve never had a bank act more unprofessional than this one in Rantoul!! The young girls have no clue what banks terms are, tried to do a wire transfer for over an hour and the girl couldn’t figure it out. The supervisor wasn’t there and then when he finally walked in he had customers waiting for him. He wouldn’t even leave his office to come help!! We’ve banked at Busey for over 20 years and may need to rethink all Busey’s because of this horrible experience at the Rantoul location.

Had to pay a fee for an account that was supposed to be closed. Also stated the people that closed it.. Not like it mattered.

Do not open a child's savings account with this bank as they will charge your kid a service fee when they say they won't. Also to find out I am not the only parent that has had this happen to them makes me wonder how many other kids accounts they are stealing money from.

Do not open a kids savings account as this bank says its free but they turn around and charge your kids account service fees.
