After years of constantly getting turned down, Shad worked with me and made sure that I was able to walk away with a vehicle asap. Not only was it the exact vehicle I wanted, but the service was extremely fast, thorough, in and out within 30 minutes. I am extremely pleased and grateful that I found this place. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I am so happy with my new car I just got from Capital Car Credit. TBH I'm still blown away from how nice and helpful they were in helping me find the perfect car and explaining everything to me to fit my budget just right. Thanks Shad you guys are awesome. In the past buying a car has been a hassle. This was the best, most stress free experience thanks to Shad. He is really down to earth and answered any questions I had with honesty. Never once did I feel pressured or obligated to get a specific vehicle. I will definitely recommend Shad to my family and friends in a need of a vehicle.

Shad was very understanding at the start gave us a nice suv but 2 weeks after, we had problems with it such as it shuts off WHILE DRIVING, steering wheel locks up, etc. we got the vehicle in January and have been paying car notes and insurance since and haven’t had the vehicle in our possession for even a month. He’s now refusing to give us another car despite him taking it back 12 TIMES!!!! It’s getting ridiculous and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. If you’re looking for a reliable place to shop for a car I would absolutely NOT go here.

Hard to find a dealership with morals, integrity, and respect these days, but I believe I found it. The whole process from start to finish was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Steve Gray kept his word and held the car I wanted until Shad came back from vacation in a few days. Coming from Chicago 120 miles away, his word meant everything. Even picked me up from the train station! Shad was also a pleasure to work with, straight forward and professional. Got the car I always wanted and she rolled all the way back to Chicago without any issues. Quality service and a reliable vehicle was just what I was looking for. I took a chance on a dealership I knew nothing about and it turned into one of the best decisions I ever made. I would strongly recommend you purchase your next vehicle from here.

Shad was very honest and trustworthy as well as going above and beyond to help in getting my vehicle. He was very patient with me and made sure the Jeep Grand Cherokee was well maintained and safe before I left his lot. I have never had such a wonderful and painless experience.
