Do not go to rantoul carle clinic. They are unprofessional and always rude as hell. I will never go back there ever again. France Nelson treated me better than they ever did.

Don't bother making an appointment, they'll just skip you and then treat you like it's your fault. And all this after they tried to tell me I was late and ignored me showing them my appointment on mycarle. I don't know what's with the doctor offices in this town, but these receptionists are super rude too.

Staff members are completely incompetent. My wife has tried for a year to get her n to see her doctor, either they never call back (most the time), or the few times they do contact us back in any way shape or form they tell her to go to the convinent care who then turns around and tells her to see her primary since they can't tell her anything. A complete disgrace to their organization.

Made appointment to see doctor due to a sinus infection which I have had multiple times over the years. Especially this time of year. Doctor came in a seemed to be more concerned about me having Covid and insisted I get tested with their fraudulent test. Key is I already know what was wrong and my medical records would show just that. I’m highly disappointed in the care I received and extremely disappointed that almost every single symptom the body can experience is now considered Covid. Let’s be real people.

My doctor here is great. The staff that answer his messages are consistently hard to work with and seem to intentionally get in the way of whatever it is I am trying to accomplish.

Getting through by phone at any Carle is going to take a long time. But it's much worse at Rantoul. If they will say someone will call you back, it probably won't happen. If you miss a callback, carle feels it has met its obligation. There is no second attempt. You have to call again, leave another call back request and wait another couple of days. They do all they can to push MyCarle on you.I find the staff are overly familiar sometimes. I would prefer they keep a professional manner.I almost never get to see my doctor. He is booked too far out and has too few appts where people can be squeezed in. As a result, when I am sick, I can't see the doctor who is familiar with my medical history; I get sent halfway across the county to urgent care. I often struggle to get proper care there. I have only seen my dr twice by appointment in 5 years. I looked for him to treat me at least 7 other times that I could not get in.The people there are very nice.I would recommend you explore other options if you are able.
