Purchased a pizza which tasted a bit weird so I called back to see if I could switch it out for a different one. I was treated so amazing by a young lady named Po who helped me get what I needed. She was very professional and can tell she cares about the quality of purchases and customer satisfaction.
This is the best Circle K in Rantoul!

Gross. Bad for even a Circle K.
Smells like urine, the bathroom was trashed and there was an empty liquor bottle in the bathroom. The mirror was ripped off the wall and the divider for the urinal was almost ripped off the wall.

What say thank you to Sir Robert working at the cashier. He's a wonderful and great customer service the line was long in Sunday morning he handled very quickly but not just this he was communicate with every customer and make everyone smile on leaving the store

Very frustrated. I use a cane, I had to prepay for the gas (not an issue) but then I had to walk onto the store & then wait in a line to get a receipt! This is a fairly new store, no reason to not have the pump print a receipt!

Attendants never at counter and prefer u to use self checkout then doing their job would rather be gaming room and the place is sticky everywhere flies around trash cans over flowing never again lazy

This gas station is absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was horrible, no one's been in there to clean it clearly. I used soup and water to clean the toilet before laying toilet paper all around the damn seat to use the bathroom, there was piss all over both toilet seats. I could only imagine what the men's bathroom looked like. All the garbage cans by the pumps were over the top filled. I feel so gross walking into that bathroom. The floor had pee all over around the toilet as well. The gas station is all around disgusting inside and out.

Beware of this nasty rude lady. Has an attitude the second you walk to the counter. She don’t need to be in customer service. Circle K should be ashamed having this ignorant woman employed.

Clean the damn bathroom. It's 7:30 a.m. and the bathrooms is trashed. No way you got a ruah on Sunday morning that did this. Full adult diaper next to the toilet even and it's all dried up. How long does poop take to dry?

This Circle K is disgusting. The floors are sticky and the garbages are overflowing. The fridges are not stocked and it’s sooo dirty. The bathrooms are unacceptable and the staff is on personal calls at the register.

I've seen some pretty awful bathrooms, but this one was a horror movie come to life. Had to rush out to the parking lot to get fresh air, and didn't stay more than a few seconds (didn't bother trying to use the facilities). Hard pass.

Unless you were going there for gas and gas alone.. You will be wasting a trip.. Whether it's nicotine, Is a refreshment, a snack.. or even (like my current situation) at 7:45 am You will find they have not put any breakfast food out whatsoever.Not even so much as a single hash brown

The bathroom was pretty clean but didn't have toilet paper or working locks on the stall doors. I was also overcharged for snacks and the cashier didn't care. I left because it wasn't worth the time arguing
