“I like Walgreens and enjoy the large variety of items that they carry. I like that I can go into the store and take as much time as I want to in the cosmetic aisle without being hit by someone's cart or asked to move while I'm still browsing. I am always greeted upon arriving and and told to have a nice day when I leave. My issue is with the pharmacy. The people who staff it are kind and know us by name. The pharmacy is grossly understaffed which I believe is not their choice but a corporate one. These employees hustle from the time they arrive till the end of their shift. I had to wait 20 minutes at the drive thru the other day for someone to help me and I had no car in front of me! This facility needs more help in the pharmacy! When we have a problem, Julie is just incredible at helping and solving the problem.”

“As a whole your store is great except for the covid 19 where they close one door period and they make the walk farther because they have fenced off a entrance and a exit as for me I'm somewhat disabled and I have to use a cart as a walker to get in because there's no what I call crip carts outside”
