If you're a veteran, don't waste your time like I did trying to get vaccines. They DO NOT accept VA coverage. I talked with the manager and was told there's nothing they can do. You have to go to danville apparently.

As far as I'm believe their on-line app Is worthless. Saturday, the 12th ordered a refill online and it was suppose to be ready at 3 same day. It wasn't there. Ordered again on Sunday and was suppose to ready at 12:30 today, again they told me that I didn't have anything to pick up. This is not the first time this has happened

Tried to get my flu shot and covid booster. They tried to tell me I couldn't have the flu shot because I didn't select it when making my appointment. I showed the tech my confirmation email. Then they tried to tell me I couldn't have it because I had already gotten one... I called my insurance provider to confirm that I have no medical history for 2022. The tech then told me they'd give it to me. Appointment was at 2:15pm and I'm still waiting for my shot over an hour later. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Absolutely pathetic! Set an appointment for 240 and didn’t get seen for a vaccine until 330! Pharmacist is to busy running around like a chicken with no head for absolutely no reason!!! He cannot focus and it’s terribly unprofessional. SMH ?♂️ they need to fire him if he cannot do his job accordingly!

There was one lady working there that was giving me a kind of rude attitude but the rest of the staff was great. The store was clean and organized and had all the things I had gone in for.

pharmacy is the worst. can't tell if it's the techs, the actual pharmacist or both. had an updated prescription sent over from my Dr's office almost a week ago. walgreens is going off of the older prescription and refusing to fill this until a certain date and not acknowledging the dosage change. the pharmacist wants to yell across the store about legalities as my wife walked away since he's not doing anything other than refusing to fill the prescription, blaming my Dr's office, and just being flat out rude about the entire situation. many times theh have stated the have the prescription and it will be filled in 10 minutes....so we wait in store.... 20 minutes later we ask them if it's going to be ready soon, and we are told the pharmacist went on lunch 15 minutes ago so it's going to be another 45 minutes until he's even back.... all while we are still waiting.... go outside to see the pharmacist enjoying his cigarette in peace just having a good ol day

I can always find what I need. Just about everybody here is very nice and helpful, but there is a shift lead that needs to go. She is very rude to both customers and coworkers.
