Toby my Salesman was transparent and very easy to work with. James who did the finance had all the paperwork ready when I arrive and made it painless. I would definitely consider buying from them again.

Professional & Trustworthy - Female Friendly Service Department. Clean and Courteous. Service Department offers Great flexibility for drop off service without an appointment. Also easy post service checkout. Kind and respectful. Fantastic small town service department. Great staff from drop off to pick up and payment. On my way home late one night I drove through the well lit sales lot and I had a truck grab my eye that no other dealers had. The next day I contacted Jimmy in the sales department, he made the entire purchase process smooth and painless with a no gimmick upfront approach. I have a very busy schedule and the staff made it possible for me to keep on time by having the paperwork ready so I didn’t have to sit in a sales office for hours. I’m Very happy with my new F-150 and will refer anyone who is interested in having the same experience as me

I love this place!! Lou in Service and Mike the General Manager are complete and utter gems. Sunset Ford in Waterloo is closer to me, but they are out to get your money and money alone. I will drive the extra miles just to get my vehicle serviced here. They are trustworthy and down to earth people. You couldn't ask for a better experience at a dealership. 10/10 recommend for all your vehicle needs.
