About Richmond Storage
The staff are friendly and really helpful, always respectful and very nice. They are reasonable with rent and prices, makes the unit worth every penny totally. They have worked with tenants when rent was late, showing understanding and never threatening. Security is average and the lot is gravel, not blacktop, but the friendly people makes the place a very nice storage unit.

I kept some items here for a few months, and never had any problems. The staff is really friendly and reasonable. I was a bit late on rent a few times, but they were so nice about it and were so understanding. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service makes it totally worth every penny!

I love this place. The staff are always friendly and respectful and helpful. They have ALWAYS worked with me when I paid late and have NEVER made me feel threatened or taken advantage of like most storage places do. They are really amazing to their tenants!! I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit!!

Friendly people average rent and security the only thing i dont like is the lot its all gravel no blacktop I understand there reason why it's not. I try not to go there after it rains
