His YouTube video on repairing a TCL Roku TV with no picture taught me that there IS a picture and you can see it by shining a light on the screen. Now I know what's wrong with my TV - a bad LED on the backlight strip. Thank you!

I'm not in the Chicago area, but I'm rating him for his YouTube video on repairing a TCL. He went step by step and made sure to give additional instructions like marking parts on the corner to make sure they go back on in the correct orientation. Perfect for me who forgets those kinds of things.
