My postal carrier, Sonya, deserves the highest marks possible. She is excellent at delivering our mail and has a customer service attitude and focus that is noteworthy. We are impressed by her willingness to go out of her way and to pay attention to details. The only other carrier to come very close is Lola. Both of these ladies exemplify character and impeccable concern for the needs of their customers. It’s not their words but their actions that make them outstanding.

This Post Office.
Was awesome. They helped me with my passport. Information took my picture and it came back in 2 weeks. I just like to say there were 2 young. Ladies that helped me and I would like to just take it in kudos.

I came in early this morning, to pick up my package. I had a slip in my P.O. Box stating I had one. The lady said they couldn’t find anything for me. Two hours later. The post office called saying my package was lost. But they found it. I came in again, again it was a yellow slip in my box. This time the supervisor with the locs rang me up. I also had to ship a package. She asked me did I already purchase the envelope. I said yes. She said next time have the cashier to stamp it. Isn’t that their job anyway??? I shouldn’t have to inform them of anything. She basically implied that, I didn’t pay for the package. Once again they couldn’t find the package. They were looking at the wrong mailbox number. I was eventually given my package. As I’m walking out, the supervisor said. Your attitude could be a little bit better. My attitude is none of your concern MA’AM! You should be doing your job and making sure. Your employees are up to par on their duties. Next time say it to my face, don’t wait until I walk out of the door. The customer service sucks at this location.
