I purchased what was in stock at the location I was at and went to the other store the following day to get the missing sizes. Thankful was able to get all the towels to make a nice gift set. “read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”

Men's shoes husband goes church on Sundays. So he found Deals shoes for 10.00 dollars he bought four pair nice shoes. Well I got a deal also other nice items.”
“I had a fantastic hair cut by Kara today! I showed her some pictures of how I wanted it & she gave me a hair cut exactly matching the pictures! She also did curls and they turned out so beautiful! She spent so much time on my hair to get it just right. I was very Blessed to get in for the appt. bc I called that morning because I completely forgot about an event I had later that day! She was so terrific to accommodate me for the blow dry & curls! She had another client right after me so she said I could wait 15 minutes and she would have time to do the curls then, if I wanted. It worked out perfectly because I had to run an errand in the mall anyway! I will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful service!”

“I love to give credit where credit is due. Snipes put me through a ringer trying to get a refund for some shoes I purchased that were to small. What looked like an unfulfilled circumstance, turned into joy with the help of the awesome store manager Brittney! She was communicating with the back office about my refund, sending emails, and keeping me updated on the process of making sure I got my money back! She even said out of her own mouth that if they take any loner producing my return she will refund me out of her own pocket! Top tier customer support and I can't thank her enough! “I really would love to highlight three employees. When I say they gave me top tier customer service, from the moment I came in the door. Shanice greeted me & then asked about my daughters whom she had seen me with at my last visit to the store. I was so surprised & she offered many compliments on how well behaved & sweet they were. I had to ask her name because you don’t get that often, esp in retail! As I walked to the register Raven greeted me & explained how she was going to process my return/exchange & then proceed with my purchase. She also was very knowledgeable about applying for the old navy credit card & the current sale that was happening. Then Shanice came & assisted with that conversation as well, along with a young lady name Sasijah (I hope I spelled it correctly) I just wanted to say you all did a great job choosing them to represent your brand.
